What we know​

ACT is a newly surfaced geo-compliance competitor. We have very little on them so far:

• Announced at G2E at the end of 2025.
• Website and third-party articles about the company only started appearing in the last week or two (as of the June 16 sync).
• GLI-tested — not certified. No confirmed gaming clients in any jurisdiction yet.
• Product details are not listed or hinted anywhere publicly — no clear read on SDK coverage, detection capabilities, or target markets.

Why it matters​

Early-stage entrants often show up in RFP longlists before we have test data. ACT is worth a watch-list slot now so we are not surprised if an operator name-checks them in Q3/Q4 conversations — but there is nothing quote-grade yet and no displacement signal.

Next step​

Monitoring. No field testing planned until a live operator integration or a substantive product disclosure appears.
